Allan Douglas Junior, of Bermuda, has been cleared of suspect action by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
Bermuda’s Allan Douglas Jr was reported of suspect bowling action in a group match against Singapore during ICC World Cricket League Division 3 in Malaysia in October.
Douglas was reported for chucking under the ICC Regulations for the Review of Bowlers Reported with suspected illegal bowling action. As per the regulations he was required to submit a Home Board Analysis along with a written report of the analysis which he did.
According to the analysis, Douglas now bowls with a legal action. He is now permitted to bowl in international cricket.
If reported for suspect action again in the next two years, Douglas will have to submit to an ICC analysis to clear himself of the suspect action.
