West Indies were up against Pakistan in a 3-match ODI series in 2016. After winning the first match by a huge margin of 111 runs, Pakistan team was high on confidence and were looking to clinch the series.

In the second ODI, Babar Azam played a scintillating knock of 123 off 126 balls, accompanied by 9 fours and a six. Shoaib Malik scored 90 off 84 and the duo added 169-runs for the third wicket before Malik got dismissed. This was Azam's second century against West Indies and Pakistan finished with a huge total of 337-5 in 50 overs.

West Indies in their chase, could only score 278 as they kept losing wickets whenever the things looked good and lost the game. Babar Azam was adjudged the Man of the Match for his century.
