#6 Wriddhiman Saha (Wicketkeeper)
Indian Test wicketkeeper, Wriddhiman Saha sustained several injuries this year. He first aggravated a hamstring injury during the Test series against South Africa and then injured his thumb while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League.
This forced him out of action for the England series and then he was replaced by Rishabh Pant. He is currently working on his fitness and might make an international comeback against Australia later this year.
#7 Hardik Pandya
Hardik Pandya is one of the few Indian players who has been the part of the Indian team in all formats of the game. India is playing too much of cricket at the moment and he should have been rested for the Asia Cup 2018.
But, the team management included him in the squad instead of giving him a rest. Pandya, who managed to bowl just 4.5 overs against Pakistan, injured his back and left the field. He is currently undergoing rehabilitation treatment at the NCA in Bengaluru.
