Sangakkara scored monumental 14,234 runs from 404 matches with 25 centuries.

It was at Colombo in 2013 against South Africa, Sangakkara was in his elements and he scored 169 runs from 137 balls with six beautiful hits over the fence. Sri Lanka reached a total of 320 runs and won the match easily by 180 runs.
