#2 Wasim Akram - 326
Wasim Akram was one of the greatest fast bowlers Pakistan has ever produced. In fact, he never played first-class cricket, before making his ODI debut. Little did we know that he would become the first bowler in the history of ODI cricket to pick up 500 wickets.
Pakistan won 199 of the 356 ODIs he was part of. During that period, he bowled 9958 deliveries, conceding 6149 runs and picked up 326 wickets at an average of 18.86 including 12 four wicket hauls and 6 five wicket hauls.
He is also the highest wicket-taker for Pakistan in World cups with 55 wickets and was an integral part of the Pakistan side which lifted the 1992 World cup under Imran Khan. Needless to say, Akram and Waqar Younis formed one of the deadliest bowling combination in cricket.
