#3 Rohit rested from the four-day game against New Zealand A

Rohit Sharma will now miss the first four-day game against New Zealand A playing for India A.
Rohit, who was originally part of the squad which was slated to feature in New Zealand will travel directly to Australia with the Indian team to feature in the three-match T20I series down under.
The decision came in after Sharma was advised rest by BCCI's medical team in consultation with the team management, considering his recent workload.
Rohit, who will make a return to India's Test setup after being dropped from the Afghanistan and England Tests, will be short of red-ball practice ahead of the four Test matches against Australia.
It will be a golden opportunity for the Mumbaikar to cement his place in the Test team after being out of the team pertaining to a series of his overseas failures.
Though his last first-class appearance came more than two years ago, he will be eyeing that No.6 spot in the Indian team.
