47-year-old Tambe snares hat-trick

Returning to cricket after 19 months, veteran leg-spinner Pravin Tambe picked up a sensational hat-trick during the second season of the T10 league in the UAE. Having previously played for Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat Lions in the IPL, Tambe is one of the eight Indians who are part of the unique league that is played with 10-overs-a-side.

Representing the Sindhis, Tambe took a hat-trick and ended with figures of 5-15 from his two overs. After the first over, his figures read 1-0-6-4.

Tambe became the third bowler in the history of T10 (after Shahid Afridi and Aamer Yamin) to take a hat-trick.
