Croatia vs Spain T20I Series 2024: Full schedule, squads, match timings and live-streaming details

Spain are all set to tour Croatia for a T20I series, starting from Friday, August 2 to Monday, August 5. It comprises of five matches and all T20Is will be played at the Mladost Cricket Ground in Zagreb.

The first game of the series will be played on Friday, August 2. Two games will be played on Saturday, August 3. The fourth and fifth game will be played on Sunday and Monday respectively. The first ball of the series will be bowled at 11 PM IST on Friday in the capital city of Croatia.

Croatia recently competed in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier Group B 2024. They suffered a heavy loss against Germany in the 3rd place play-off. They will be looking to turn the tables around while facing Spain in the upcoming T20I series.

Aman Maheshwari and Sam Houghton are the experienced batters in the side. Alen Magdalenic, Sajid Khan, Petar Bosnjak and Anthony Razmilic have also been the regular members and will play a key role for them.

Spain hosted Jersey for a two-match T20I series in April 2024. Both contests were close-fought ones and Spain emerged victorious to clean-sweep the series. They will be looking to emulate the same performance while hosting Croatia.

Christian Munoz Mills and Daniel Doyle-Calle will have to do the heavy-lifting in the batting department. Atif Mehmood, Hamza Saleem Dar and Lorne Burns are the key players who can contribute with both bat and ball for the Spanish side.
