Dale Steyn continues to be the top ranked bowler in the ICC Test rankings

Dale Steyn – The best bowler in the world

In the Reliance ICC Player Rankings for Test Bowlers, Australia’s Mitchell Johnson has moved up one place to third while off-spinner Nathan Lyon has gained two places following his match figures of six for 178 to move into 17th position.

Dale Steyn continues to be at the top of the pile after another impressive performance. Teammate Vernon Philander is running him close and is just one rating behind Steyn.

There’s only one Indian in the top ten, who happens to be out of favour spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.
