Rahul which in the Indian context has become synonymous with catches also went past another of Dravid's record of most catches in England in a series, record haul of 10 catches. He currently sits atop with 11 catches and looks set to overhaul another of Dravid's record.

Dravid also holds the record for most catches in a Test series by an Indian player, a record haul of 13 catches. With one more Test to go in the series, KL Rahul is expected to surpass Dravid as he needs only two more catches to equalise his number and three to break his record.
