Broad was consistent throughout the tournament

Stuart Broad had another terrific tournament picking up 16 wickets and posed serious problems to the Indian openers. Starting alongside James Anderson, Broad breathe fire and complemented Anderson and the duo destroyed Indian batting lineup.

In the Test at Lord's, Broad picked up 4 wickets in the second innings, including the key wickets of Kohli, Pujara and Rahane. In the fourth Test, when England scored only 246 in the first innings, it was Broad who sent both the openers Dhawan and Rahul back to the pavilion and set the platform.

With a lot of good bowlers in the side, having a star pacer like Broad only made things better for England as it was evident from the way the Indian batsmen struggled.
