For the blitzkrieg at the top of the order, England derailed towards the end. India picked up wickets in the middle overs which ensured they had reasonable control over the scheme of things.

And then in the final three overs, they lost the plot, did England and India gave only 23 runs to stop them from crossing the 200-run mark, which was a great effort considering the way they played in the first 12 overs.

The extra 20-30 runs which they fell short by proved to be costly in the end as India coasted away to a win.
