Shami hits the deck hard and can move the ball either ways of the seam. He has been part of the Indian test team for some time now. Shami is a master of reverse swing and is almost unplayable when the ball is reversing.

When on song, he can destroy even the best line ups around. He can generate decent amount of pace and be equally effective with both new and old ball.
