#1 Mujeeb ur Rahman

Arguably the finest teen cricketer in the world, Mujeeb ur Rahman has shown skill and maturity above and beyond what is expected of a 17-year-old. He initially came into the limelight after bamboozling batsmen and taking bags of wickets in the Under-19 Asia Cup and World Cup, and now, a mere few months later, he is one of the premier spinners in the world.

Mujeeb, who is a 'mystery spinner' in every sense of the phrase, has already had impressive stints in the IPL in India (14 wickets in 11 matches at an economy rate of 6.99) and the T20 Blast in England (9 wickets in 12 matches at an economy rate of 7.09). Further, he has done exceptionally well at the international stage, having taken 44 wickets in 23 ODIs at an economy rate 0f 3.84 and 9 wickets in 7 T20Is at an economy rate of 5.07.

He, along with compatriot Rashid Khan (who recently turned 20, making him ineligible for this list), is putting Afghanistan on the cricketing map, and making them into one of the premier teams in the world.
