Former Indian Test opener Aakash Chopra is a legend when it comes to first-class cricket as he has scored over 10000 runs at an average of 45. He also represented the Indian team in the longer formats on 10 occasions.

The same cannot be said about his batting in the T20 format as the opener has managed to score his 334 runs in 21 matches at a strike-rate of 91.25 and has scored just one six in his brief T20 career. That six did not come in the Indian Premier League where he turned out for Kolkata Knight Riders in the first two seasons and has scored 53 runs off 71 balls at a strike-rate of 75 for them.
