Kolkata Knight Riders
Although they have traditionally been one of the most consistent and settled sides in the IPL, they have decided to bring in plenty of change for IPL 2017. And that is evident from the fact that they have released six foreigners, including four pacers that has left the side with just Umesh Yadav and Ankit Rajpoot as their pace bowling options.
Andre Russell’s one-year ban will also be a big blow to KKR as he has been one of their stars with both bat and ball. Although their batting looks solid and they have plenty of options in the spin department, they don’t have too many death bowling options or seam-bowling all-rounders, which is something they will be looking to correct in the auction that is set to take place on February 20.
