Nagarkoti was extremely efficient with his bowling in the World Cup

If Mavi was the star of India's bowling attack, Nagarkoti was its meteor. The youngster thudded to release bullets out of his arm almost every time he was brought in to bowl.

The 18-year-old is an incredible find for Indian cricket. He not only bowls consistently in the 140s, but also boasts of the perfect seam position and release for his deliveries. To add to that, he is an exceptional fielder in the 30-yard circle as well as in the deep.

Some of the yorkers that he bowled in the tournament were a work of art. They uprooted the off-stump on more occasions than one, and there was nothing the batsmen on the crease could do about them.

The seam bowler from Rajasthan has nine dismissals to his name in the six games that he played in the tournament. He looked head and shoulders about the rest throughout the competition and definitely looks ready for tougher challenges going ahead.
