The 8th edition of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup will be staged in the rainbow nation, South Africa between February 10-26, 2023.
Three venues- Newlands, Cape Town, Boland Park, Paarl, and St George's Park, Port Elizabeth- wil stage the marquee event.
Ten teams will be divided into two groups, with each side playing 1 game against its fellow members. The top-2 sides from each Group will qualify for the semi-finals.
5-time winners and defending champions Australia have been placed in Group A, alongside the White Ferns, hosts South Africa and the two Asian nations: Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
The Indian Women's Cricket Team is in Group B, alongside inaugural champions England, 2016 winners West Indies, Ireland and arch-rivals, Pakistan.

The ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2023 will be live telecasted worldwide on the Star Sports India and Star Sports Middle East Network.
Star Sports India will telecast the tournament in the Indian subcontinent. Viewers in the UK can catch the ICC Women's T20 World Cup on Sky Cricket while fans in Australia and South Africa can catch it on Fox Sports and SuperSport respectively.
Willow TV will broadcast the marquee event in the United States of America while PTV Sports/Ten Sports and Gazi TV will do the same in Pakistan and Bangladesh respectively.
