#3 Kagiso Rabada (South Africa)

Kagiso Rabada has already made himself a household name with his quick bowling action, ever since his international debut. Kagiso had a very dominating U-19 career which helped him in getting the national call-up to the South African senior team. He made his ODI debut against Bangladesh on 10 July 2015 as the 114th player from South Africa.
Kagiso has the been the cornerstone of the bowling line-up of the South African side along with Dale Steyn. Rabada can prove to be a match-winner for his side referring to his high paced bowling action. His height could play a major role as it may help him in getting a variable bounce on the English tracks in the upcoming 2019 World Cup.
Rabada has so far grabbed 97 ODI wickets in just 60 matches at the average of 26.10 runs per match. His best bowling figures are just mind-boggling as he took 6 wickets at the cost of just 16 runs in a match against Bangladesh. The pacer is one of the prime candidates to win the man of the tournament this year.
