All-rounder: Ben Stokes
Ben Stokes has had a series to forget so far. He has had his moments, but he has been a sitting duck against the guile of Ravichandran Ashwin. The India off-spinner has dismissed him more times than any other batsman in Test cricket, and Stokes desperately needs to figure out a way to counter him.
Stokes hasn't been asked to bowl too many overs this series, but he might come into play with England expected to field only two specialist pacers.
Bowlers: Dom Bess, Jofra Archer, Jimmy Anderson, Jack Leach
England will no doubt have learnt from their mistakes in the 3rd Test. If the pitch appears to assist turn, they'll turn to Dom Bess. The off-spinner has struggled a touch with his consistency, but he's their best option at the moment with Moeen Ali sent back home.
Bess will be partnered by the impressive Jack Leach, with pacers Jimmy Anderson and Jofra Archer rounding off the bowling attack. While Olly Stone was impressive in the only Test he has played on this tour, Anderson and Archer didn't have much bowling to do in the 3rd Test and should be fresh for this one.
England's predicted XI for the 4th Test: Zak Crawley, Dom Sibley, Jonny Bairstow, Joe Root (c), Ben Stokes, Ollie Pope, Ben Foakes (wk), Dom Bess, Jofra Archer, Jack Leach, Jimmy Anderson
