India could have a spin bowling coach ahead of Australia tour
If reports in the Mumbai Mirror are to be believed then India might well have a spin bowling coach ahead of the tour of Australia. India's coach Ravi Shastri met with the Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA) before leaving for Asia Cup 2018 and one of the points that was discussed was the addition of another member to the coaching staff.
Currently, there are four main members of the Indian support staff, including Shastri. Sanjay Bangar is the batting coach, Bharat Arun is the bowling Coach while R Sridhar is the fielding coach. India's poor performance in England, especially in the spin department even in conditions conducive to spin bowling is believed to be the reason behind the addition of a new member to the coaching staff.
It is also believed that the likely addition is expected to take place before India's tour of Australia where they will play three T20Is, four Tests, and three ODIs in Australia.
