41-year-old Ajit Agarkar had a fantastic record for India in all three formats. The Mumbai-born player played 26 Tests in which he picked up 58 wickets. His ODI record is the most impressive. Ajit picked up 288 wickets in 191 ODIs at an average of 27.85 and strike rate of 32.93.

The right-arm fast-medium bowler also proved to be a handy batsman on a few occasions. He scored 1269 runs in ODIs including 3 fifties and also has a Test century to his name.

Agarkar remains India's third highest wicket-taker in ODI's behind Anil Kumble and Javagal Srinath. He also represented Kolkata Knight Riders for three seasons and Delhi Daredevils for two seasons in IPL.

Post retiring from all forms of cricket in 2013, Agarkar has become a cricket analyst and can be seen sharing his ideologies for a prominent website. He also features on the cricket talk shows of some channels.
