#2 Jaydev Unadkat
India have a terrific bowling attack that covers almost all the bases. If you look at the squad for the final three ODIs, you will see that there is a wrist spinner, a Chinaman, and both swing and fast bowlers.
The only thing they lack is a left-arm fast bowler. India reached the final of the 2003 World Cup, and Ashish Nehra was part of the team. And the Men in Blue won the 2011 World Cup when Zaheer Khan was India's left arm bowler.
To bridge this gap, India tried Khaleel Ahmed during the New Zeland series, but he proved to be quite expensive. They had another good option to try out in Jaydev Unadkat, who has played seven ODI matches for India, taking eight wickets. He has been consistently performing in both List A and first class cricket too, having taken 30 wickets in his last five first class games.
India might have missed a trick in not testing Unadkat during the Australia series.
