IND vs BAN T20 World Cup - 2022
This match proved to be a thriller, as Bangladesh gave an incredibly tough fight to a misfiring Indian team.
Batting first, India rode on half-centuries from KL Rahul (50 off 32) and Virat Kohli (64* off 44) to post what looked like a formidable total of 6/184 in 20 overs.
However, Litton Das’ brutal counterattack in the powerplay and succeeding rain gave the Men in Blue a mighty scare, as Bangladesh were ahead viz-a-viz the DLS par score.
However, the game eventually started and Bangladesh were set a revised target of 150 in 16 overs. KL Rahul’s brilliant throw to run out Litton Das immediately after the break proved to be the turning point of the match as the Indian bowlers pulled the game back in their side’s favour, eventually leading the Men in Blue to a tense five-run win.

It was a group-stage encounter in Bengaluru, where Team India scored 146/7 and were placed in a precarious position towards the end of the second innings. The final run-out sealed the deal as the Indians won by one run.
