With an influential ODI series, Ambati Rayudu may have finally given a solution to India's middle-order woes. He played a couple of good knocks in the series, including a splendid hundred in the fourth ODI.

In the Asia Cup, he played some cameos. But he could not convert them into big ones. The right-hander made his presence felt with a splendid 73 in the second ODI. His sublime ton in the fourth ODI further strengthened his case.
