Profile and recent form

Born in Sialkot, Pakistan, Sikandar Raza's dream of being a fighter pilot came to a premature end when he failed in his eye examination. Determined to succeed in his life, he moved to Zimbabwe.

He made his First-Class debut in 2007 for the Northerns and it did not take a long time for the selectors to recognise his talent and he was selected for a practise game against Bangladesh.

Raza has made most of the opportunity that he has got and is a key member of the Zimbabwe team. He has an impressive record with the bat as well as ball and is in decent form right now.
