2. Bhuvneshwar Kumar:
Matches: 4 Wickets: 10 Best bowling: 4/8
Bhuvneshwar Kumar continued from where he left off in the Champions Trophy. He was not picked in second match, owing to one poor outing against West Indies, but came back strongly in the remaining games to end up as the highest wicket taker in the tournament. He bowled economic spells, gave initial breakthroughs and was considered dangerous when he was bowling to left-handed batsman. He also recorded his career best figures of 4/8 against Sri Lanka. He is currently leading the Indian pace attack, even in presence of the more experienced Ishant Sharma and the quick Umesh Yadav.
