India opener Shikhar Dhawan has said he is eagerly waiting to play in a day-night Test match as he believes this will play a big role in shaping the future of the game.

"We are excited for sure," Dhawan was quoted as saying by cricket.com.au on Saturday.

"I always believe change is always good. If things go well, it's a new thing for batsmen, for the bowlers also. It's going to be good to try our hands on the coming thing," he said, referring to the day-night Test.
