#3 Tim Southee (Royal Challengers Bangalore)

Tim Southee has an incredible T20I record with the ball picking up 62 wickets in 50 games. In the IPL, he has never been part of the playing XI in all games of a year.
The maximum matches that he played in a season were 11 in 2016 the Mumbai Indians. Even in the previous edition, he played just three solitary matches and picked up three wickets.
Southee was expected to lead the bowling for RCB in the absence of Nathan Coulter-Nile, but he has been sidelined by the fast bowling all-rounders like Chris Woakes, Corey Anderson and Colin de Grandhomme.
With him in the playing XI, RCB can address the death bowling issue at least to some extent.
