Not many would have heard of Jatin Saxena's name because he has not played a single IPL game till date. He was born in Madhya Pradesh and made his first-class debut way back in the 2001/02 season. His brother Jalaj Saxena has also performed well in the domestic circuit for the last few years but did not get an IPL team this time around.

Jatin, an all-rounder who can bowl leg-spin, was purchased by the Rajasthan Royals but did not play a single game for the side. Krishnappa Gowtham and Shreyas Gopal, as well as Ish Sodhi, performed the spin duties for the Ajinkya Rahane-led side.
