Players eligible for RTM: Ankit Sharma, Rajat Bhatia, James Faulkner, Dhawal Kulkarni, Vikramjeet Malik, Abhishek Nayar, Ajinkya Rahane, Dinesh Salunkhe, Pravin Tambe, Dishant Yagnik, Sagar Trivedi, Rahul Tewatia and Juan Theron.

Since Rajasthan Royals were suspended for the last two IPLs due to their owner's involvement in IPL spot-fixing, the franchise are allowed to retain the players who played for them in the 2015 edition and then played for either Rising Pune Supergiant or Gujarat Lions in the 2016 and 2017 editions.
