Bowlers

#8 Rashid Khan
The top-ranked T20 bowler in the world, Rashid Khan is the architect of Sunrisers Hyderabad's brilliant performances with the ball this season.
The Afghani teen-sensation took nine wickets in his first seven matches and is among the leading wicket-takers this season. He got banged by batsmen on a couple of occasions but still manages to have a decent economy rate of 7.17.
Rashid Khan is unplayable on his day and he already bowled 72 dot balls in just 28 overs.
#9 Mayank Markande
One of the finds of the season, Mumbai Indians' Mayank Markande is making a name for himself this season and is in a contention to win the Purple Cap.
Markande announced his arrival in his first game against CSK by taking three wickets and conceding just 23 runs. The Punjab-born spinner followed this up with an even better spell against Sunrisers Hyderabad taking four wickets.
He took ten wickets in six matches so far this season with an impressive bowling strike rate of 12.00.
#10 Siddarth Kaul
One of the biggest surprise packages of the season, Siddarth Kaul is having a dream IPL campaign.
The Punjab born pacer is outshining the stars like Bhubhneshwar Kumar, and Jasprit Bumrah and is the highest wicket-taking Indian pacer in the IPL this year. He dismissed nine batsmen in seven games. His economy rate of 7.03 is impressive as well.
Siddarth Kaul is amongst the most improved bowlers this season and he adds speed and variations to his bowling.
#11 Umesh Yadav
RCB is having a poor campaign with the bowl this term but that cannot outshine Umesh Yadav's performances.
The Indian pacer is among the Purple cap leading wicket-takers with nine wickets recorded to his name already. Although his economy rate of 8.2 is a bit expensive, he managed to bowl 62 dots in just 24 overs.
The 30-year-old played only a single T20 match for the Indian national team but, his current form can change the situation for him.
