Vinay Kumar's struggles with the ball in this season continues

Vinay Kumar opened the bowling in both matches and ended up sharing a glaring coincidence which he might not be very proud of.

He conceded two boundaries and a six both times opening the bowling for Kolkata punished by Brendon Mccullum and Watson respectively.

He, however, did recover to pick a couple of wickets back in the innings the last match and was trusted with final over by Karthik to close out the match.

But even with 17 runs in the bank, the Karnataka bowler failed to defend it in the end.
