T20 Tri Series Final - New Zealand v Australia — Tye was bought for 7.20 Cr by the Kings XI Punjab

Tye has been in a sensational form for Australia in limited overs cricket. His pace and yorkers have proved to be a threat for all the batsman and as a result, he was bought for a whopping price of Rs. 7.20 Cr by the Kings XI Punjab.

Tye has played 12 T20Is and bagged 16 wickets at a decent strike rate of 16.25. His credibility increases when we look onto his ODI Career. He has played four ODIs and bagged eight wickets at an exceptional strike rate of 4.63. He also has a five-wicket hall in his ODI Career.

Tye proved to be an effective player for the Gujarat Lions in the last season where he bagged 12 wickets in 6 matches at an incredible economy of 6.71. He also proved to be a hard-hitting batsman when he scored 30 runs against Mumbai Indians.
