Shane Watson is definitely one player who can actually lay his claim for one of the most consistent players during the first 10 years of the IPL. For almost 8 seasons between 2008 and 2015, Watson was the numero-uno batsman as well as bowler for the Rajasthan Royals.

He is the only player to have won two Player of the tournament awards, winning the top prize in 2008 and 2013 when he led RR to the play-offs. Hence, it made sense that he also has the highest individual score by any player for the Rajasthan based franchise.

In a do-or-die match against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2015, Watson started off the inning perfectly, building a strong 80-run opening partnership with Rahane. After his partner's dismissal, Watson took the charge and started bashing the ball all around the ground.

Watson's inning of 104* from 59 balls, which included 9 fours and 5 sixes, took Rajasthan to a mammoth total of 199/6. The target turned out to be a little too much for KKR, who could only manage 190 in 20 overs, giving RR a win by 9 runs and a ticket to the playoffs.
