The return of CSK has been a celebration for the fans as the Yellow Brigade has been giving a hard time to many home fans.

CSK were put into put into bat by KKR, the top four batsmen got starts for CSK but none of them could make a big score. It was Dhoni who again stepped up with a 43 off 25 balls and helped his side set a target of 179.

Dinesh Karthik walked into the when 81 runs were needed off 50 balls and what transpired later was a run fest as Karthik and Gill were dealing mainly in four and sixes.

The captain and the U-19 star chased down CSK's total comfortably with 14 balls to spare. Gill played a pivotal role in the middle overs with a well-constructed half-century and his final flourish alongside Karthik, who scored an 18-ball 45, ensured that they reached the No.3 spot on the points table.

With the huge loss, CSK slipped down to No.2 spot and SRH became the table toppers.
