AB de Villiers scored 6 half-centuries this year
AB de Villiers has always been an impact player for RCB. This year also a lot of responsibility rested on his shoulders. He has always been tasked with carrying the middle-order by himself. While, alongside Virat, he formed a formidable duo when they bat together, if even one of them gets out, it spells trouble for RCB.

This year may not have been as good as 2016, but he still scored plenty of runs for his side and even won them a couple of games. He scored 480 runs in 12 matches. He also scored six half-centuries this year and took one of the best catches in the history of cricket.
Despite his efforts, he could not carry his team into the playoffs which put a dent in his rating. Whether he will return next year to play for the bold army remains to be seen since he recently accounted for his retirement from international cricket.

A wrestling aficionado since childhood, Sunil used to imitate his favorite wrestlers as a young kid, and started writing professionally about the sport via Sportskeeda’s revenue-sharing opportunity.
Sunil admires former world champions AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, and Kenny Omega for their ability to consistently deliver great matches as well as entertain crowds with their mic skills.
If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
Always focused on making his work accurate and reliable, Sunil thoroughly checks his facts before writing his articles. When not writing for pro wrestling, he spends his time watching cricket.
