Picked for his prowess at the death, Chris Jordan could not quite show how good he could be with the ball at the final stages of the innings as the franchise gave him just the solitary opportunity where he went for 31 runs in his four overs with the ball.

He will hope to get more chances next year.

R Vinay Kumar

A three-time winner of this competition, R Vinay Kumar was part of the Kolkata Knight Riders setup in the 2018 edition and played two matches for the franchises.

After his forgettable outing against the Chennai Super Kings, where he gave away 19 runs in five balls, the right-arm seamer did not find a spot in the playing XI as the team opted to go for the rookie Prasidh Krishna, who impressed one-and-all with his showing.
