The Aussie quick clocked 151.5 kmph against New Zealand in a T20I game at the Sydney Cricket Ground. He was exceptional for Sunrisers Hyderabad last season but left the tournament midway because of an injury.
Standing at an intimidating height of 204 cm, Billy Stanlake has troubled the batsmen in IPL last season with his pace and bounce. The 24-year-old has also registered 151.38 kmph in an IPL game, which turned out to be the second fastest ball in IPL 2018. He consistently bowled over 145 kmph with the new ball.
#7 Umesh Yadav, India
Umesh Yadav is one of the quickest bowlers in Indian cricket for quite some time. 2018 was Umesh Yadav’s best season in Indian Premier League when he picked up 20 wickets for Royal Challengers Bangalore in just 14 games.
In a game against Kings XI Punjab last season, the 31-year-old clocked 148.98 kmph, which was the fourth fastest delivery by an Indian bowler in IPL 2018. He is one of those very few Indian bowlers who has already clocked 150 kmph in their career.
