KL Rahul has been one of the best players for Kings XI Punjab ever since he joined the franchise last year. He has been their most consistent batsman and has scored a bulk of their runs.

This season was no exception for the swashbuckling opener. At most times, he seemed to be the only saving grace for Kings XI Punjab.
He ended the season as the second highest run scorer with 593 runs from 14 matches at an average of 53.90. Rahul scored a total of six half-centuries and one century.
While his fiery batting won KXIP a couple of matches, it wasn’t enough to get them into the playoffs as they finished the season in sixth place. KL Rahul is one of those players who has become too good for his own team and he definitely deserves to be part of a more consistent outfit.
Apart from his batting, he was also quite useful in the field and took a few spectacular catches. Rahul can also keep wickets when required making him a valuable asset to any team.

A wrestling aficionado since childhood, Sunil used to imitate his favorite wrestlers as a young kid, and started writing professionally about the sport via Sportskeeda’s revenue-sharing opportunity.
Sunil admires former world champions AJ Styles, Will Ospreay, and Kenny Omega for their ability to consistently deliver great matches as well as entertain crowds with their mic skills.
If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
Always focused on making his work accurate and reliable, Sunil thoroughly checks his facts before writing his articles. When not writing for pro wrestling, he spends his time watching cricket.
