2. Priyank Panchal
Gujarat cricketer Priyank Panchal has been piling on runs in the past few domestic seasons, and it is only a matter of time before he makes his debut for the Indian team. He has been sensational this season too, and has shown the skills which would be useful for an IPL franchise.
Although Panchal may not have made an impact in the shorter formats as yet, the right-hander will be tipped to succeed because of his good technique and temperament. Panchal has also led his state team in a few matches this season, which would help his confidence.
All of that makes Panchal one of the best bets for IPL franchises looking for a batsman to replace an injured player.
3. Aniket Choudhary
Aniket Choudhary was released by RCB ahead of the upcoming season, and no team decided to pick him in the auctions. However, the tall left-arm pacer has shown good form for his state Rajasthan, scalping 49 wickets in the Ranji Trophy this season.
Choudhary's pace and bounce have troubled many batsmen this season. And although he was not successful with RCB in the last two seasons, he would be expected to perform better if given an opportunity.
Left-arm domestic pacers are becoming a rarity these days and hence, Choudhary will be useful for any franchise as he would provide a cutting-edge to the bowling line-up.
