#1 AB de Villiers (Royal Challengers Bangalore)

The 35-year-old AB de Villiers retired from international cricket in 2018. He is considered as one of the best batsmen of the current generation. He is popularly called Mr. 360 because of his ability to hit any ball in any direction.
ABD is one of the few overseas players who has played all the editions of IPL till now. In the tournament he has played for Delhi Daredevils (2008-2010) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (2011-present).
De Villiers has scored 3953 IPL runs from 141 matches at an average of 39.53 while striking at 150.93. In IPL 2018 he scored 480 runs at an average of 53.33 striking at 174.54.
ABD is a crucial part of RCB’s batting lineup. He has scored 2 centuries and 25 fifties for RCB so far.
ABD is known for his destructive batting and wide variety of shots. He is expected to bat in the top order for RCB this year.
