#1 Bhuvneshwar Kumar- Sunrisers Hyderabad
On his day, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is a man who can trouble the best of batsmen with his impeccable line and length and his ability to get the ball to swing both ways. But then, the SRH bowling spearhead struggled with the ball this season.
In the 15 matches that he played for the Sunrisers Hyderabad, the Indian pacer could manage to pick up just 13 wickets at an average of 35.46, and a relatively high economy rate of 7.81.
The poor form of Kumar just before the World Cup is really a cause of concern, as he is expected to spearhead the Indian pace attack in England alongside Jasprit Bumrah.
If his sticky patch continues in the first few games of the World Cup, Bhuvi could be replaced by the rejuvenated and reenergized Mohammed Shami who's been in phenomenal touch for quite some time now.
Record: Matches:15 Wickets:13 Average: 35.46 Economy Rate:7.81
So, there you have it. These are the three players who turned out to be huge disappointments this season.
