Piyush Chawla is one of the underrated performers in the history of the IPL right from the very beginning. The leggie has made a telling contribution in KKR's performance over the years. Before becoming a part of the Kolkata based franchise, he used to represent Kings XI Punjab and had a decent bowling record while playing for them.

Having debuted for India at a young age of 17, he has failed to cement his place in the national side. However, he has remained a great performer in the IPL. He is just 10 wickets away from achieving a personal milestone of 150 wickets in IPL.

Along with Sunil Narine, he has been the leader of KKR's spin bowling attack for quite some time now. He is just 30 years of age as of now. In the upcoming edition of the cash-rich league, he will look to perform well and get in the national reckoning again.
