Chris Lynn has failed to provide quick starts at the top of the order.

Chris Lynn, the 28-year-old Australian batsman was expected to provide blitzkrieg starts and aid Sunil Narine at the other end as an opener. But, he has not been in the scheme of things lately and has never looked the same after his return from shoulder injury.

Despite getting good starts, he has failed to capitalize on it and has got out cheaply on several occasions. He has just 37 runs to his name from 3 matches with a high score of 20 at an average of 12.33 and strike-rate of 94.87.

His ability to clear the ropes at will and take quick singles has completely faded away. He has not been at his best in the field as well dropping quite a few catches. The swashbuckling opener needs to get back into the groove and steady the innings.
