Chris Morris and Dan Christian's poor form affected Delhi Daredevils' chances of winning the IPL trophy in 2018. The top-order batsmen were in great form but the middle-order players have failed to take advantage of starts and reduced the run-rate in the middle-overs.
Carlos Brathwaite was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad during the last IPL auction in 2018. But, he did not get enough chances to prove his abilities as he played just four games in the last season. However, he could be one of the options Delhi Daredevils can look into for the next season.
So far, he has played 128 T20s across the world and scored 1281 runs with an amazing strike-rate of 150 and taken 119 wickets at an average of 25. Brathwaite, who is also a handy pacer and a brilliant fielder, could destroy any bowling line-up in the world.
