#8 Shreyas Gopal (Matches - 14, Wickets - 20, Average - 17.35, Economy - 7.22)

Shreyas Gopal was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing season for Rajasthan Royals. Gopal troubled most of the opposition batsmen and got some big wickets like Virat Kohli and Ab de Villiers. Gopal picked up 20 wickets, including a hat-trick and was Rajasthan Royals go-to bowler. He also played a couple of useful cameos in the lower order.
#9 Kagiso Rabada (Matches - 12, Wickets - 25, Average - 14.72, Economy - 7.82)

Kagiso Rabada was exceptional for Delhi Capitals this year. The Proteas speedster's menacing pace made life difficult for the opposition batsmen. Rabada took 25 wickets in just 12 matches at an average of 14.72. His economy was brilliant too as gave away runs at the rate of 7.82 runs per over. Rabada was the holder of the Purple Cap for a major part of the tournament.
