IPL 2019: Complete squad of Kolkata Knight Riders with their salaries

Kolkata Knight Riders have been a powerhouse in the Indian Premier League since its inaugural edition. The Knight Riders had a decent season last year under the leadership of Dinesh Karthik. He led them to the playoffs before getting knocked out by the Sunrisers Hyderabad. Despite releasing Gautam Gambhir from their squad, the Knight Riders had a fair amount of success in the IPL 2018. They would be hoping for a similar kind of performance this season under DK.

Kolkata Knight Riders have a well-balanced squad for the upcoming season as they drafted some quality players in the IPL auction. They have released Mitchel Johnson, Tom Curran and Mitchell Starc to make way for Lockie Ferguson and Harry Gurney. Though the pace attack looks a bit inexperienced, they have some excellent quality overseas options this year. The arrival of Carlos Brathwaite and Joe Denly have also given them stability in the batting order.

Anrich Nortje, Nikhil Naik, Yarra Prithviraj, and Shrikant Mundhe are other additions in the 25-man squad for the Kolkata Knight Riders. They have a well-balanced team with the right combination of local and overseas players.KKR has the potential to destroy any IPL team as they possess real firepower with the bat along with some quality bowlers. After a successful action, the Knight Riders would be eyeing to bring home their third IPL title this season.
