#Flop - Shimron Hetmyer
Shimron Hetmyer was a flop in the RCB batting lineup for the fourth consecutive match. The West Indies batsman failed to register his first ever double-digit IPL score as he was dismissed by Shreyas Gopal for 1 run. The innings without much value consumed 9 balls of the RCB innings.
Hetymer, who was experimented as an opener against SRH, was back to the middle-order at Jaipur. However, this did not tweak the 22-year old's fortunes in the league. Hetymer has only 15 runs from the 4 matches and will find it difficult to retain his spot in the playing XI.
#Flop - Umesh Yadav
Being an experienced bowler in the playing XI, Umesh Yadav failed miserably, failing to do what was expected of him. The right arm pacer conceded 40 runs in 3.5 overs and did not pick up a single wicket.
Yadav opened the proceedings for RCB with the ball and conceded 8 runs in his first over. In the 3rd over, the 31-year old bowler got more expensive, leaking 15 runs in the over which included back-to-back boundaries from Ajinkya Rahane. 23 runs came off Yadav's power-play overs, which put additional pressure on Navdeep Saini and Mohammed Siraj.
The final over which required 5 runs to be defended was started well by the pacer. However, the short pitched delivery on the fifth ball was an easy clearance for Rahul Tripathi, taking RR to a win. With Yadav's experience, much more was expected at least at the death over.
