David Warner played in the Indian Premier League after a gap of 2 years and the guy made sure that he makes his return a memorable one. A year ago, The OZ cricketer was banned from playing all forms of international cricket due to the sandpaper-gate.

The Board of control for cricket in India (BCCI) had also prohibited David Warner and his counterpart Steve Smith to take part in the IPL 2018. However, as his ban is about to lift in a few days, the southpaw was allowed to play for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in their season opener.

In this game against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), the lad played a scintillating knock and made his comeback in style. With this knock, he also became the first overseas players to score 700 runs against the KKR.

Later on, after scoring 85 runs, Warner also became the highest run-scorer against KKR as he has now has 762 runs against them, surpassing Rohit Sharma's (757).
